Coco: PAWS Pet of the Week
Coco is a female seven year old Corgi variety, weighing about 25 pounds. Her family loved her dearly, but they moved to Australia and did not want to put her into quarantine for months.
She is a leisurely stroller, so behaved and poised, and a bit of a doggie celebrity here in Coronado. Her admiring fans can find her at Tidelands Park or Bradley where she likes to take in a baseball game and play with the children. Between innings, she’ll invite you to rub her belly and will show you how much she enjoys that simple gesture.
Coco has manageable special needs, and her relinquishing family has committed to help with the costs of her medicine. When you meet her, you’ll love her style. A calm and dedicated companion, she is easy to love.
You can meet Coco and other dogs and cats available for adoption at the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) on 1395 First Street. Hours of operation are 9am – 4pm, every day but major holidays. To see and read about other animals needing homes, please view our websites: pawsofcoronado.org and petfinder.com. All our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on their immunizations prior to their adoption.
