Lucky is a one year old male pit terrier mix.  He is a very big puppy, weighing in at 62 lbs.  Lucky’s personality suits his name as he is a happy go lucky, high energy guy.   With his weight and build, he is a very strong dog. Lucky is currently working with a trainer to teach him leash manners.  He needs structure and consistency and — due to his size and strength — he would do best with adults and older children.  A safe place for him to run and play would be ideal.  Someone who is familiar with the breed and understands the need for physical and mental exercise is just what  Lucky is looking for.

You can meet Lucky and other dogs and cats available for adoption at the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) on 1395 First Street.  Hours of operation are 9am – 4pm, every day but major holidays.  All our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on their immunizations prior to their adoption.
