Remi was adopted in 2011 by a local man who loves her to pieces.  They were recently spotted on an evening stroll, so we were able to get a progress report.  Dad thinks the world of Remi and couldn’t say enough nice things about his little pal.  He says that Remi is very smart; she knew her way back to their unit after their first walk together!  She is a cuddler, too, wrapping herself around his neck like a scarf while he reads the paper with his morning coffee.  He also said that Remi brings him joy and brightens his mood better than any medicine.  It seems this adoption was a perfect match, and it was good to see her so happy with her dad.  He did report her to be pretty fearless even against big dogs who have approached her.  She protects her pack!

Dad rides Remi around on his bicycle about town, so be on the lookout for the pair.  He is a very nice man with a very nice dog, very thankful to have Remi in his life.  We are thankful that she found such a nice home.
