Shamu, Our Shy Guy
Shamu is the newest attraction at the ACF. He is our 5 year old black and white DSH (Domestic Short Hair) cat that was found as a stray. Though he is shy when you first meet him, he will warm up to you with calming pets and sweet talk. Shamu has this calming aura that you’ll notice when he cuddles up next to you when giving him pets. Though is left pupil is irregular, it does not affect his loving affection for you. It makes Shamu very unique and he will make a great companion for many years to come!
Shamu is taking visitors at the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF), located at 1395 First Street in Coronado with hours of operation between 9 AM and 4 PM every day but major holidays. All our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on their immunizations prior to their adoption.
